Monthly Events

Parish Council Meeting

Third Monday of Every Month at 7:45pm in the Small Room of Wolvey Village Hall.

The meeting is open to all, and gives you the opportunity to see how the village facilities and funds are managed on your behalf. Visitors are invited to speak about their nominated topics - you might have a suggestion as to how Wolvey area could be improved, or need advice or support on local issues.

Some of the topics recently discussed are;

  • Traffic Calming.

  • A Christmas Tree for the Square.

  • Parking at the School.

  • Best Kept Village.

  • Graveyard Upkeep.

  • Dog Litter Bins.

  • Poor Water Supply.

  • Paths and Pavements.

  • The Old Cricket Field Nature Reserve.

  • Street Lighting
