You are invited to take part in the Annual Parish Meeting to be held on Wednesday 27th April, 2011 at 7.30pm in Wolvey Village Hall.

The Parish Meeting may by law discuss all parish affairs and pass resolutions on them. The following items have so far been placed on the Agenda

AGENDA

1. To accept Apologies for absence

2. To accept the Minutes of the 2010 Annual Parish Meeting

3. To accept the power to light roads and public places (under the Public Councils Act 1957, s3)

4. To receive the Annual Report of the Chairman of the Parish Council

5. To receive the Annual Financial Report of the Parish Council

6. To receive reports from Village groups

7. Other Matters raised by Electors of the Parish

The meeting will be followed by refreshments and there will be displays and information available, including Wolvey Environment Group, Wolvey Neighbourhood Watch, & Community Awards
