Wolvey is blessed with outstanding sports facilities.

Wolvey Bowling Club
The Bowling Club is situated behind the Village Hall, and boasts one of the best flat greens in the county. During the summer months the club is used as a Bowling Club with games and events at daily basis. The winter months sees the club transformed. Skittle evenings are held 2 or 3 times each week. Through out its history Wolvey Bowling Club has been run by Village people for village people. Its upkeep and maintenance are still carried out by local volunteers and enthusiasts

Wolvey Cricket Club
The Cricket Club plays it's home games at the Playing Field and the Club enjoys some of the best facilities in the area, the playing surface is excellent, it has an all weather practise net and of course it's own bar. It runs two Saturday senior sides and a midweek senior side on a Thursday. At junior level it runs sides at under 13 and under 15 age groups.
