VACANCY FOR A COUNCILLOR

1.  There is a vacancy on the Wolvey Parish Council caused by the resignation of Councillor B Kuncewicz

2.    A bye-election to fill the vacancy will be held if by 14th April, 2010,

TEN electors for the parish give notice in writing to the Returning Officer claiming an election.

3.    The address of the Returning officer is the Chief Executives Office, Town Hall, Evreux Way, Rugby, CV21 2LB

4.    If no such notice is given the Parish Council will fill the Vacancy by co-option.
